Zlatna Panega plans to build and install a second vertical cement mill by the middle of 2010, the statement said.
The second mill is to double the plant’s cement production coupled with the first mill, which was completed last year.
Zlatna Panega Cement is part of the Titan Group, which bought the company from HeidelbergCement for EUR56.8m in 2004.
