Cement sales in the Southern African Customs Union fell 18 percent to 1.02 million tons last month, the Johannesburg-based Cement and Concrete Institute said yesterday. The union includes South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho and Namibia, reports Bloomberg.
