The Vietnam Construction Materials Company began construction of its cement factory in Tuyen Hoa district, central Quang Binh Province last Thursday.

The factory will produce 2Mta of cement and has an investment capital of VND4trn (US$235.30m).
This is the second cement factory built in Tuyen Hoa. It will be completed by 2011.
