Groupe Bruxelles Lambert increases Lafarge stake
According to Hemscott, Belgian daily L’Echo reported that Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL), an investment holding company, has acquired an additional 0.35 million shares, representing a 0.2% stake, in Lafarge S.A., a manufacturer of cement and other construction materials, for EUR39 million.
