Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2009 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2008.

To recommend the Interim Dividend, if any, for the year to end on March 31, 2009.

To fix the ’record date’ for determining the name of the Members to whom the Interim Dividend shall be paid.
