It is reported that Vietnamese ministry of construction has proposed to the government to approve four cement projects with a combined capacity of 2,500tpd of clinker. The four projects will be added to Vietnam Cement Industry Development Plan until 2010 and vision to 2020.

The 4 projects are Xuan Thanh Cement Plant of Xuan Thanh Construction Investment and Development Co in Ha Nam province’s Thanh Nghi Commune, Tan Tao Cement Plan invested by Tan Rao Industrial Investment JSC in Ha Nam’s Thanh Lien Dist, Viet Duc Cement Plant of IDC in Bo Ha commune, Bac Giang province’s Yen The district, and Saigon Tan Ky Cement Plant of Saigon Investment Group in Tan Long commune, Nghe An province’s Tan Ky Dist.
