China National Materials Group Corporation (Sinoma), China’s largest cement-making equipment producer, inaugurated a new dry-process cement plant in Baiyin, Gansu province on Dec 29. With a total investment of 600 million yuan ($87.61 million), the plant is designed to produce 4,500 tons of cement daily and 2 million tons of high-mark quality cement annually.
