Habesha Cement Share Co. won the right to explore for limestone in the West Shoa zone of Ethiopia’s central Oromiya Regional state, the Ethiopian News Agency said.

The company will use the limestone to supply a US$121m cement factory with an annual production capacity of 1.2Mt, the state-run Addis-Ababa based news agency said.
