Shree Cement said on Thursday its November shipments rose 34.5 percent to 615,000t, from 457,000t a year earlier.

Total shipments between April to November 2008 rose 23.17 per cent to 4.73Mt from 3.84Mt a year ago, it said in a statement.

The firm has a capacity to produce 8Mt of cement annually at its plant in the northern state of Rajasthan.
