Sinoma buys assets from Zhengda Cement for Rmb142m
China National Materials Company said its subsidiary Sinoma Pingxiang has agreed to acquire assets from Zhengda Cement for Rmb141.5 million in cash.
The assets include certain equipment and machinery of Zhengda Cement, which also holds a 49% equity interest in Sinoma Pingxiang.
