Indian producer ACC today reported a total cement dispatch of 1.7Mt in October, a decline of 3.4 per cent over 1.76Mt reported in the same month last year.
The company also reported a total cement production of 1.74Mt in October this year, a fall of 1.13 per cent over the 1.76Mt production during the same month last year, ACC said in a statement.
The cumulative cement dispatch from January-October increased by 2.98 per cent to 17.23Mt from 16.73Mt reported during the year-ago period.
Cumulative cement production from January-October was 17.23Mt, up 2.86 per cent from 16.75Mt in the same period last year, it added.
