Indonesia Bosowa Maros to build US$200m factory

Indonesian cement maker PT Semen Bosowa Maros plans to build a new US$200m cement factory in Central Java.

The new factory, to be built in Pati, will have an annual production capacity of 2Mt, the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia reported.

Construction is expected to begin next year, said company president Erwin Aksa.

Earlier, Aksa said three foreign investors wanted to team up with the company to build the new factory.
