Zabaikalcement has announced US$300m plans to build a cement plant in cooperation with Priargunsky Mining and Chemical Association in Zabaikalye region, the firm said. Zabaikalcement’s director Oleg Kikovets said the plant, with the projected annual capacity of 1.3Mt of cement, would be built in the region’s Olovyanninsky district.
