Russia’s Zabaikalcement will be the major investor in the construction of a RBL5.9bn cement plant in the Zabaikalsky Region, the company’s CEO Oleg Kikovets said at a presentation of the project Tuesday.

The completion of the construction is planned for 2010. The capacity of the plant will be 1.3Mta of cement.
