Cement producer Adana Cimento informs that it decided to start talks with the military pension fund Oyak, cement companies Bolu Cimento and Unye Cimento regarding the sale of its four per cent stake in the ready-mixed concrete firm Oyak Beton.

Adana Cimento currently holds a total of 21.6 per cent stake in the company while Oyak, Bolu Cimento and Unye Cimento are other shareholders.
