Dyckerhoff AG, a German cement concern, and Orenburg region have signed an agreement on large cement plant construction in Akbulak settlement. The ceremony of signing has taken place at VII International investment forum called Sochi-2008. Plant capacity will make about 2Mt of cement per year. Total investment volume into the project is about EUR400m.
