Sinoma International Engineering Co, a subsidiary of China National Materials Company, said its subsidiary, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co, has signed two agreements, which considerations amounted to RMB248m.

The two agreements is in relation to the construction of the cement grinding plant at RMB50m and the renewal of the cement production line at RMB198m.
