RATM Group to build cement plant in Irkutsk Region
The RATM group of companies will build a cement plant in the Irkutsk Region in East Siberia, to manufacture cement using dry-process technology.
The plant will produce 1.3Mta. Investment in the project will total RUR6.5bn ($254m), 70% of it to be raised through loans. The facility will go on-stream in 2011 and should become profitable in six years. Published under Cement News
