Chemical group Ciech and cement producer Lafarge are going to invest over PLN 40m into a joint venture to recycle ash for cement production, Ciech said in a press statement.
 
"In the newly created company Lafarge is taking over 71% of shares and Ciech 29%," the statement read. "The planned investment amounts to over PLN 40m."
 
The new plant will be built near Ciech’s soda producing plant Soda Polska.
