The construction materials and ready-mix companies in Bahrain will get their fair share of the weekly 25,000t of Saudi cement from Saturday.

Industry and Commerce minister Dr Hassan Fakhro and Works Minister Fahmi Al Jowder gave instructions for the cement to be distributed evenly, said a report in the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

Assistant under-secretary for domestic trade Hamid Rahma and Works Ministry assistant under-secretary for legal affairs Effat Ridha met representatives of cement-importing companies and agreed on the fair distribution formula.
