China Shanshui Cement announces that it raises an additional $273m as its over-allotment option has been fully exercised in respect of an aggregate of 97.626m shares at $2.8 per share.

The company raises $264.4m additional net proceeds.

Immediately after the issue and allotment of the over-allotment shares, approximately 27.73% of the entire issued share capital of the company will be held by the public shareholders.
