India’s Aditya Birla Group said on Wednesday its cement shipments in June rose five per cent from a year earlier to 2.58Mt.
 
Cement production grew two per cent to 2.55Mt, it said in a statement.
 
The group includes flagship Grasim Industries Ltd and UltraTech Cement Ltd , with a combined cement-making capacity of more than 31Mt.
