The Gaza Strip on Wednesday was to receive cement shipments for the first time in a year as Israel reopened border crossings that shut down.

Both the Hamas rulers of Gaza and the Israeli government, which imposes an embargo on the Palestinian enclave, said 5t of cement would be shipped through the Sufa border crossing.
