Cement shipments in India rose four per cent in May from a year ago to 14.85Mt, the Cement Manufacturers’ Association (CMA) said on Friday.
Production also rose four per cent to 14.89Mt in May from 14.32Mt in the same month last year, CMA said in a statement.
May cement output was lower than 15.02Mt produced in April.
