HeidelbergCement and Italcementi in technical agreement
Italcementi and HeidelbergCement are to jointly further develop the photoactive binders market. This follows an agreement whereby Italcementi will licence HeidelbergCement to manufacture and market a number of Italcementi developments in the photocalytic cements and other binders in a number of European countries and in parts of Canada and the United States. This covers mainly markets in which Italcementi is not producing cement, though there are exceptions such as Belgium, and notably covers the ’TX Active’ brand.
