Greece’s Titan Cement Co. SA is looking to expand in the Balkans and Russia, Greek financial daily Imerisia reports Tuesday.
 
Citing the company’s communications director, the newspaper says Titan Cement is keeping its "ears and eyes open."
 
The newspaper also reports the company is interested in entering the Romanian market.
