OAO Novoroscement has placed a major contract for a  2Mta cement production plant with Humboldt Wedag GmbH, Germany including engineering and equipment supply from raw material crushing to cement loading / packing. A separate contract will be concluded for supervision services of erection and commissioning.

The new dry process cement plant will be erected at Perwomaiskij plant next to Novorossijsk, Krasnodar territory in the Southern region of Russia. Novoroscement is one of the most important cement producers in Russia with three existing plants with a capacity of 4.5Mta.
