HeidelbergCement, Lafarge and India’s Aditya Vikram Birla Group are the lead bidders for the ready-mix concrete business of Larsen & Toubro, the Economic Times reported Friday, citing unnamed sources.
 
The deal is likely to be concluded very soon and the likely size of the acquisition has now increased to US$350m from the initial US$300m, the report said.
