SCHADE Lagertechnik GmbH – a member of the AUMUND Group –  is currently processing orders for the South American  cement market, where AUMUND do Brasil assisted in securing the orders. Brazil.  With the support of the AUMUND subsidiary AUMUND do Brasil, based in São Paulo since 1975, SCHADE received the order for the supply of one bridge type scraper reclaimer with single-side harrow to replace an existing machine of bucket wheel type in the CIPLAN cement plant Cimento Planalto.

The bridge type scraper reclaimer with its 26m rail span (600tph reclaiming capacity) will be adapted to fit exactly into the existing equipment layout featuring two piles located parallel to each other. An existing transfer table will move the machine between the piles. The urgent need for this machine led the customer to impose most stringent requirements on the delivery time: Hence, the SCHADE machine will be shipped to Brazil together with the complete steel structures only a few months after the order
placement.

In neighbouring Argentina, SCHADE was awarded with the order for a capacity increase of the existing circular stockyard for limestone in Loma Negra’s plant in Olivaria. The modification of mechanical components, drives and steel structures will allow to reach a 65% increase in the reclaiming capacity.
SCHADE are also processing a further order for a portal scraper reclaimer to be installed in a longitudinal additive stockyard in HOLCIM’s Cimentos Minetti plant in Malagueño. The portal scraper reclaimer with its 32m long boom will reclaim the material at a rate of 250tph.

At Holcim’s cement plant in Ecuador, Cerro Blanco the longitudinal petcoke stockyard will be equipped with a SCHADE combined stacker / scraper reclaimer. Once operational the machine with a boom of 43.5m will stack the petcoke at 200tph and reclaim at 400tph.
