Bulgaria’s anti-trust regulator on Wednesday gave the green light to the local unit of global cement maker  Holcim to acquire a majority stake in building materials manufacturer Remos Beton for an undisclosed sum.  
 
Both companies are producers of cement, concrete and other building materials and the purpose of the acquisition is to increase the volume of production, the Commission for Protection of Competition said in a statement.
