Cimpor said that Portuguese holding company Cinveste, SGPS, SA has declared a 2.085 per cent stake in the cement maker.

In a filing with stock market regulator CMVM, Cinveste said it bought about 1.2 million shares in Cimpor yesterday at an average price of 5.73 euros per share.
