The Phuc Son Cement Company in northern Hai Duong province began construction on April 1 of a production line with a capacity of 1.8Mta of cement.  
 
This second production line of the company has a total investment capital of close to US$86m.  
 
Once fully operation, the facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, is expected to bring the total annual output of the company to 3.6Mt of cement.  
 
The project is scheduled for completion after 10 months of construction.
