Work will start at the Ibese Cement plant in Yewa North Local Government, Ogun state in June this year, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Group has said.  
 
Dangote, who just returned from a trip to China, told newsmen in Abeokuta yesterday that the group had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a consortium of companies.  
 
The consortium is led by Chinese firm, Sinoma International Engineering.
