A trial production of a new Polysius vertical roller mill successfully conducted at its Trincomalee Factory.
The mill has a capacity to produce 900,000tpa. Once in full operation, total production will be enhanced to 1.8Mta at the Trincomalee Factory.
With the company’s bagging project at the Port of Colombo having a capacity of 600,000tpa, the company’s total production capacity will increase to 2.4Mta, the highest in the domestic cement industry.
