Cementir SpA said it has bought 100 per cent of Danish concrete company Kudsk & Dahl for EUR21m, in a deal that will allow the Italian cement group to generate higher synergies and consolidate its presence in Scandinavia.  
 
Kudsk & Dahl sells about 1.2Mt of aggregates and 100,000m3 of concrete per year, generating revenues of about EUR16m and a gross operating profit of EUR3m, it said.  
 
Cementir carried out the acquisition through its Unicon subsidiary.
