Egypt’s Misr Cement Qena 2007 profit up 17.7 per cent
Egyptian cement company Misr Cement (Qena) posted a 17.7 per cent rise in net profit in 2007 to E£276.45m (US$50.3m), the stock exchange said on Thursday.
