Volskcement Board recommends to accept offer from Alpha Cement
The Board of Directors of Volskcement (Saratov region, Russia) at its meeting on February 4, 2008 decided to recommend that shareholders of the company accept an offer of Alpha Cement on aquisition of stocks. The price of the offer is RUR8,930 per stock, the company said in an official statement. Published under Cement News
