Lafarge Ciments said it will invest EUR20m in its facility in Brest, northwestern France, according to local press reports.  
 
Located at the Brest Port, the cement grinding unit will be expanded as the group plans to raise output from 150,000tpa to 300,000tpa.    
 
The investment programme is subject to approval by the competent authorities and environmental protection bodies.
