The Ukrainian plants of  Dyckerhoff  increased cement production by 14.95% YoY to 2.419Mt in the first 11 months of 2007.  
 
The Yugtsement plant increased production by 15.1% to 1.008Mt, and Volyn Cement raised output 14.8% to 1.411Mt, sources at the plants told Interfax.
