The Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Eduard Rossel and President of Eurocement Group Mikhail Skorokhod have reached an agreement for the construction of a new 2.2Mt dry-process cement plant in the region.

Investments in the construction of plant will come in at RUR12.5bn. Currently Eurocement Group is represented in the Sverdlovsk region by Nevyanskiy Tsementnik.
