The Zhuzhou plant of Hubei province’s  Huaxin Cement Company started constructions in the county of Zhuzhou recently with a total investment of RMB1.2bn. Investment for the first phase is RMB 620m.

Keeping expansion into the province of Hunan in mind,  Huaxin Cement will build two large dry-process on lines in Zhuzhou county. The first phase of the plant will have an annual cement production of 2.4Mt to realise annual sales of RMB500 million, and it will bring in taxation income of RMB50 million to the county.
