China National Materials Company said its wholly-owned Sinoma Cement Co agreed to set up a company to develop cement business in the Luoding, Guangdong Province, PRC.  
 
Sinoma Cement also agreed to build three new dry process cement production lines with a daily capacity of 5000t, to reach a total of 6Mta of production capacity in Luoding, Guangdong Province, PRC by contributing not less than Rmb1.5bn in 5 years.
