India: Ambuja Cements November production up 6.7 per cent at 14 lakh tonnes
Ambuja Cements today said its production for the month of November, 2007 has gone up by 6.7 per cent at 14 lakh tonnes as against 13.12 lakhs in the same month last year.
Despatch has also increased by 3.81 per cent during the month to 13.6 lakh tonnes as compared to 13.1 lakh tonnes in November, 2006, the cement maker said in a release here.
During the first 11 months ending November 30, 2007, the company has registered a 3.04 per cent increase in production at 154.16 lakh tonnes as against 149.6 lakh tonnes during the same period last year.
Despatch also gone up by 2.94 per cent at 153.79 lakh tonnes during the period. Published under Cement News
