The EGM of National Cement, held yesterday, has approved contributing LE 180 million; representing 30%, in the capital of a new cement company under establishment. The new company is named Al Nahda Industries and to be established with LE 600 capital, where its expected ROI during the first 5 years is 11.3 % per annum, and its expected profit margin is 15.4 %.  
 
Al Nahda Industries has been awarded the fourth cement factory license at LE 83 million in the recent auction held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for awarding 6 cement factories licenses
