Misr Beni Suef Cement said its profit for the first nine months of 2007 rose 2.6 per cent to £E211.4m  (US$38.44m).  
 
The firm made £E206.1m in the same period a year earlier, it said in a statement on the stock exchange Web site, without giving further details.
