Egyptian cement company  Misr Cement Qena posted a net profit of E£230.15m (US$41.92m) in the first nine months of 2007, 13.6 per cent up from the same period of 2006, the stock exchange said on Tuesday.  
 
The company’s net profit in the January-September period of 2006 was E£202.51m, it said.
