Ambuja Cement October production up 4.8 per cent
Ambuja Cement has clocked a 4.8 per cent growth in production in October this year at 15.11-lakh tonnes compared to 14.42-lakh tonnes in the year-ago period.
Cement despatch in October this year also increased by 3.6 per cent at 14.79-lakh tonnes as against 14.27-lakh tonnes in the year-ago period, a company release said here on Monday.
For the January-October period this year, the company has clocked a 2.7 per cent increase in its production at 140.16-lakh tonnes as against 136.47-lakh tonnes in the year-ago period.
Cement despatch for the same period rose 2.9 per cent at 140.19-lakh tonnes as against 136.28-lakh tonnes in the year-ago period.
