Eurocement Group to acquire Nevyansk Plant
Eurocement Group, one of Russia’s largest cement producers, has proposed to the shareholders of Nevyansky Tsementnik, incorporated in Eurocement Group and based in the Sverdlovsk Region, to buy out their shares.
The buyout request was presented on October 23.
Eurocement Group intends to consolidate 100% of the Nevyansk plant’s shares. Published under Cement News
