Taiwan Cement Corp  has decided to raise cement prices from its Guangdong plant in mainland China by CNY20  to CNY330/t, effective from November 5, the Economic Daily News reported.  
 
Shipments from the plant have risen since October but demand continues to outpace supply, company vice president Edward Huang was quoted as saying.  
 
Shipments in October from the Guangdong plant totaled 490,000t, the report said.
