Semapa says Secil’s planned Angolan cement line approved

Semapa SGPS said that the Angolan government has approved its initial investment of around EUR90m in a cement and clinker production line for its Secil unit’s Angolan division.  
 
Semapa said the production line will have a capacity of over 700,000tpa, which could be doubled in a later phase.  
 
The EUR90m investment includes energy production costs and infrastructures, it added.
